Retired U.S. Justice Sandra Day O’Connor speaks with Associate Vice President of Student Affairs Dr. Mary Ann Grams and Provost Brent Snow at Main Campus at A&M-San Antonio Tuesday morning. O’Connor and Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson visited to promote the icivics curriculum to pre-service teachers. Texas is the second highest user of the icivics program, ranking close behind Florida. O’Connor hopes for Texas to be the leading user of the web-based program she inspired.
