Jared Van Epps is a communication major at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. He is currently interning at Local Community News as one of the reporters/photographers. He began his college career at Coastal Bend College-Pleasanton in Fall 2012, and transferred to A&M-San Antonio in Fall 2015. He will be graduating with his B.A. in Communications and a minor in history in Dec. 2017. After graduation, he hopes to cover sporting events as his beat.
