Bond election May 12, includes South Side park improvements

Pytel Park, located on the the South Side, will receive $400,000 in general park rehabilitation if approved by voters. Elections will be May 12 for the City of San Antonio’s proposed $596 million bond program for 2012-17. If passed, bond money will used to improve streets, bridges, sideways, drainage and parks throughout the city.
