6,018 support graduates at spring commencement ceremony

The Freeman Coliseum filled with 6,018 guests and 450 graduates at the spring commencement ceremony May 18. The Mesquite reported that the previous ceremony location, Community Bible Church, was sufficient for about 400 graduates and would not accommodate graduates’€™ guests. The University decided in March to move to a larger venue.
